The Real Our Place Society(final draft)

Some important changes have been made since the first draft of this letter went out
to several dozen church e-mail addresses in the Greator Victoria area.
I would like to see the management of ourPlace completly replaced
with a mix of volunteers selected from three charities in town
(i) The Rainbow Kitchen
(ii)The 9-10 club
(iii)The Victoria Miricle Center
Now I will explain why I believe this is immediately neccessary.
First. I sent a first draft of this letter to the ourPlace employees
and also to several dozen churches in the greator victoria area. I
mentioned repeatedly in the previous draft as well as in this one
that the ourPlace society takes almost all of the money for themselves.
I have made reference to the ourPlace accountability website page in my letter which was up until
I revealed it's existence. This is the address but "Where has the page gone?"

This page was available the day I sent them copies of the letter
and now it has been taken down, I sent the letter out on the 15th
of November, the 16th of November was Remembrance day and today this
section is now being written on the 17th of November, a Saturday.
The ourPlace society was closed yesterday for remembrance day,
and they are also closed on Saturday's. The web master company
contracted to maintain the website likely does not work on these
days either. It looks as if they took it down IMMEDIATELY! They
DO NOT want people to see the accounting documents for themselves.
Here is some fairly substantial circumstantial evidence against them.
If, of course,you believe me that the page was up the morning of the
15th before my letter was read by many, many people. At the website

When someone tries to hide evidence that has been put forth they are
admitting guilt, if they have nothing to hide then why has this page
been taken down in response. Thank you Sandra Danco, you have revealed
yourselves for everyone to see. If any of you have downloaded for

Well I'm hoping that after reading a story and finding out
more about ourPlace that you will rethink who's name goes
on the check when you consider making a donation.

The most pressing so far as I am personally concerned is this: A formal
retraction regarding Jessica's role in this mess, specifically I made
accusations about her because I believed what Jordan the ourPlace manager
lied to me about. He implied that I was sexually harrassing Jessica,
and even possibly stalker
her and I know now after re-thinking many times what it is he actually
said to me, more importantly it is what he did not say. He implied that
Jessica was lying about me, but from the way he worded things it seemed
at first that it was Jessica who was lying when really it was Jordan.
He spoke to me before gathering any evidence. Jordan knew that Jessica
was upset and he was told a few partial details and then made his
own conclusions and immediately followed this up with
a terrible accusation about me. The more I denied the lies he was
telling, the worse things got. I repeatedly tried to explain what really
happened and I was mocked and ridiculed by Jordan the manager over and
over again to the point where I was yelling and swearing about Jessica
being a liar and a false accuser. But it was me who was in error for
believing Jordan. I jumped to the conclusion that Jessica is the
sort of person who makes horrible accusations against other people
when she is rejected. I did this to myself. I might have
laughed in Jordan's face when he lied to me about her role in this.
I would be measuring out the measure he and his friends repeatedly
have measured out to me and other people. Many of these other people
are not as strong as I should be. The ourPlace managers' attitude
towards people is contemptible but usually more or less civilized.
Typically the managers behave as polititions.(polite-itions).
They will "listen" to people with smiles and nods but inside
they are thinking of a way to get out of the conversation. They
will very convincingly say I'll look in to it, before walking away
back to the office. After many, many instances of me reporting
issues, for years, and being placated and humiliated and insulted
by employees and managers, being lied about and accused, and sworn
at and yelled at I have felt in the past, including the very recent
past, believed that I am perfectly justified in mis-behaving towards
them the way they mis-behave towards me. So while I am attempting
to remove the contempt from my words when unneccesary. People
like Al Tysick, Gail Snider, and Bob Frank turn their backs on what
is right by allowing it to happen under their watch.
And when confronted with these problems Gail Snider and Sandra Danco
will come unglued and reveal their patronistic, condescending,
intolerent, incompetant, as well as dangerous and selfish points
of view. When they express how they view poor people to the other
managers and employees this attitude trickles down to the ground
floor employees. These employees are often under-qualified to work
anywhere, and they view the people they are suppossed to be serving
in this dark light while refusing to see it in themselves. Yelling
at non-violent, mentally-retarded, mentally-ill, handi-capped people
is wrong and when I bring this to the attention of the managers they
attempt to pacifiy me and when I refused to be pacified and I
press on with issues that they repeatedly ignore and dismiss, they
inevitably tell me they I am delusional and my word counts for nothing.
I will revise and revise until I've taken out anything that comes
across as malicious. But in the end, negligence is negligence, abuse
is abuse, lying about people based on rumours and pre-conceived notions
is forgivable over and over again because this is something that
comes out of all us at times. We are people, we make mistakes.
Forgiveness is something as a stand-in to provide people with time
to adjust and change into someone who no longer needs to be forgiven
on a continual basis. The ourPlace society as a whole is not capable
of self-improvement because they do not believe that any improvement
in themselves is necessary. Forgiveness can take time. And these
employees reoffend so often that forgiveness towards them
begins to seem like a license to steal, and to humiliate,
and wrong the poor-people they bill for millions but quietly dispise.
If you donate to the poor, does it not stand to reason that the
money you donate belongs to them? If employees are billing these
same people for the money you gave then would it not seem that those
employees work for the poor as employees. This is not how the ourPlace
employees think or feel. They believe themselves to be the rulers
and they most certainly are not benevolent rulers as a whole,
but a few notable rare exceptions. These few stay quiet and this
is also not right. Staying neutral is easy to do when you are being
paid to do so, and I can't let these few off entirely. No punishment
is required for these ones, but still, silence when voices are
needed is at best apathy and self-preservation. I would not
feel very honest for keeping quiet but at the same time these few do have
some ligitimate defense for staying quiet. Laura who was employed
by ourPlace for the first year or so had to quit because of stress
and a large amount of stress that fell upon her was by her co-workers.
Laura would make complaints about her co-workers and these same
people who the managers like treated her like garbage. The name-tag
on her employee locker was changed from Laura, Mental Health Worker.
to Laura, Mental Worker. She was very hurt and sad about this and quit
shortly after. The managers did not consider her to be a team player.
The majority of ourPlace paid employees should be looking down on themselves
not the people they are suppossed to be taking care of. Simply put
they refuse to stop re-offending because they do not see offense in
what they do daily. The burden of proper behaviour is put on
everyone but themselves which is exactly, squarely where it belongs.
I should have said to Jordan when he falsely acuused me of sexual
harrasment and stalking behaviour without first speaking to the
alleged "victim".
"You Jordan are as deluded as you consider me to be deluded!"
He does not intend to be, but some people just can't see a lie
from the truth despite the fact that they have one hundred
per confidence in their own ability to do so.
Jordan has reminded me that I need to put my eyes back where they
belong: God and his Christ. It is a shame he did this way satan
the accuser does things instead of how Christ does things.
Whether they be One, or Two, or even Three, the code of conduct
expected of us does not change and the differences of the various
religions become transparent when this important matter is taken
heart. Is God a Unity? A Father and Son? A Husband,a Ghost and
Son? A Husband, Wife and Son? Do any of these Three make
it alright to kill, lie, steal, cheat and slander. No, in this
Light it is clear that these ideas are like in physics when people
discuss whether light is a particle or a wave. Nobody can agree
but it is civilized to discuss these ideas, not accuse blasphemy.
Let us remember. "blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord"
Who is the Lord. It is the One or Ones who guided the families
of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This is what it says in both the
books, Genesis and Matthew. Well, of course, more than those two
but we have two witnesses to this title of God who are generally
considered to be beyond repute for these people who believe in
seeking the truth. Moses and Jesus. Only one is beyond repute.
Moses told the people that it is the Elohim YHVH(eiue)
of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob –
has sent me to you. This is my name forever, and this is my memorial from
generation to generation. On a previous paragraph Moses left out
the YHVH(eiue) part.
When Jesus reiterated this he used two words that are not generally
considered to be names but instead they are considered to be
"generic" words like God and Lord. Proper titles, like dad
instead of Robert. {The YHVH(eiue) witnesses from the watch tower
and awake socities are not going to be happy with me for now but
I'm going to take Jesus's word on this matter as the correct way
to put forth references of Them. Besides, when human beings who
work with God go through important changes or spiritual growth
God will change their names. If we are made like Them it stands
to reason that They also sometimes change Their names as They
change ours from time to time.
When we say God, we should be thinking of the God of Abraham, Isaac,
and Jacob. If we have paid attention to these stories, given to us,
then we also are specifying the God who was there at that time.
Who said the things He said and did the things written. These three
human names give us, a time period, human characters with
personalities and character traits. We are given as well, the
personality, abilities as well as intent of the devine Being or
Beings who were directly involved with and communicating with
family of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob(Isreal). We know when we
use this key sequence of names that we are not in error
referring to the baals, or money, asheroth, or scientists or
polititions, or the sun and the moon. Some people call these
things god. Saying "The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
is what I'm saying when I simply say God.

He does not intend to be, but some people just can't see a lie
from the truth despite the fact that they have one hundred
per confidence in their own ability to do so.

Jordan the manager made accusations against me and he did this
based on a few fragments of rumours that he had heard from third
parties. He did not hear her side of the story before accusing me
and he repeatedly called me a deluded when I attempted to explain
myself. This behaviour is not acceptable in a leader. He fueled and
fanned a small bit of smouldering brush and this small incident
became a fire very quickly. He instigated trouble here with
condescention and lies. And the fact that he believed himself
to be noble in his actions and intentions does not change the
fact that he is not able to accurately assess a given situation
nor is he competant to resolve these situations. A fireman
who throws gasoline on a fire by accident is no fireman. He
should be forgiven but not forgotten. He has lost the privilege
of being tasked with putting out fires and this is a matter
of public safety. This not a situation where somebody who
rakes leaves screwed up somehow with the raking of leaves.
This is gross incompetance in a situation which required subtly
as well as insight. Jordan has neither. He's a mild mannered
fellow more often than not, but mild mannered guys
who don't know the difference between water and gasoline are a
danger to others and regardless of what
"good" intentions they feel they may have most of the time. Certainly
this is especially true of a man that protects his friends who
don't have self-control or good intentions for at least
several days of every week. Jordan looks the other way when
other employees commit abuse so he is guilty of what they do
even though he believes himself to be fair and just. I will
from now on leave Jessaica's name out of the as best I can. There
will be some fragments of a paragraph here and there which make
reference to Jessica but this is only to illustrate Jordan the
managers' mis-management style. He dragged her into this mess
and I will do my best to leave her out of this.

Gail Snider has been so uninvolved with the day to day operation of
the ourPlace society that I had literally forgotten about her
despite the fact that she has been titled "Director of Operations"
for a couple of years now. When Jordan decided that is was time
for my next humiliation session, I decided that it would prudent
to involve a third party who was higher up the food-chain.
He went to the offices while I waited outside and he returned
with Gail Snider. Well it wasn't long before Gail Snider reminded
me that sees me and the "others" as worthless delusional bums. Only
a person with money and or prestige is a worthy person to Gail Snider.

Gail.
She always has been responsible for the decline of the ourPlace
society but like that forgetable fake person that hides in the background.
I sort of forgot she was there. To put this bluntly and short for now. Al
Tysick was fired and Gail deserves to be the next to go, sise by side
with Bob Frank. I do not believe in an eye for an eye so far
as Moses is concerned, he was often a violent man and a screw-up. But
how Jesus put the concept retaliation is thus.

not refer to the eye-poking as Moses was so fond of. Jesus was a non-violent
man and I would not apply what he said here to a violent conflict. What
I will apply this to is the current situation and the situation which has
been taking place for years. The managers at ourPlace routinely have made
utterly dispicable and contemptible commments to the people they are paid to
take care of. All of them have said things out loud to me and others that
were completely uncalled for. You cannot ruin the self-worth of people who
don't have much to begin with and then act hurt when someone like me comes along
and measures out to them what they feel they are allowed to measure out to
others. These "people" have shamed me and humilated me and I've watched
them do this very same to other people, that I know, did not have it coming.
Are they guilty? This is not ourPlace to say, forgive the pun. The Judge
will determine the verdict. The Judge is Christ. You are the jury.
So far as I would like to see things. Let's go back to the measure they have
taken for themselves. They take more then 80% of the money, and share 20%.
If they are suspected of guilt then these numbers should be reversed.
80% goes to the people it is supposed to go to and twenty percent will go
to the piad employees. There is a small army of people who would like
to volunteer at ourPlace and I've been told by volunteers that it is
actually very difficult to get any time because there is only limited
placement available. Recently I was hollered at by a man who has been
working at ourPlace for years. I was picking up dirty dishes around
the yard at ourPlace and Nick started hollering at me"PUT THOSE DOWN!
PUT THOSE CUPS BACK. THAT IS MY JOB!. Volunteers are seen as a threat to
the people who are paid to be there. What could the poor people of Victoria
do with the two million that employees keep for themselves. Homelesses would
be down almost immediately. Let us divide 1,500,000 by 300. Two million is
how much employees take yearly. Let us for now keep the food budget at half
a million like it is now. Three hundred is the upper most limit of
how many people show up ourPlace everyday. The number my calculator comes
up with is 5,000. Five thousand dollars per person a year is enough to
give land-lords first and last months rent for the people. Also thousands
would be left over for people to have rental subsidies, plus grocery allowances
every month, and the food budget at the center could be increaesd dramatically.
This still leaves a half of a million dollars for a skeleton crew of
employees to manage a small army of volunteers. I would do this for free
and I'm sure that there are other people in the area more qualified than
me who would do this free as well. Bob Frank and Gail Snider WILL NOT do
anything for free.

If you are a person of conscience you will likely pray that I've made
all of this up. No civilized concerned person is going to want to
believe any of this true. All of it is true.
(Except for where Jessica is concerned, remember how Jordan hood-winked me in this
regard). If I'm lying to you than may God strike me dead for I would surely
deserve it for lying about people who have done nothing wrong.
My testimony here is true and unbiased(with the one noted exception)
dispite the fact that these people have gone out of their way to
ruin my self-worth, as well as the self-worth of nearly everyone
who has come through those doors over the past few years.
People at ourPlace are doing better for the most part
because we have each other and because of the volunteers and donors.
Be assured that not much good has come out of the paid employees,
they undermine what is right on a daily basis, even though many
of them do not intend to. I'm the only person who spends time at the ourPlace
building who is willing to do anything about the repeated and continual
neglect and abuse which the mentally-ill people of Victoria have to deal
with on a daily basis by the very same people who have been charged with
the task of being their care-givers. I've been at this for three
and a half years and now I need your help, I can no longer do this
without you the people who give to charity and those of you
who help to manage other charities. To be fair I feel that the board
has helped in the past but I believe that the ourPlace managers have
undermined these improvements by not having vigilence and because they
are never involved enough to see what is right in front of them every day.
The board came in and mowed the weeds almost two years ago, but they failed to
remove the roots and now there is a dramatic degradation in the quality
of life for the people that the ourPlace society claims to help.
Two years ago there was a large scale investigation
launched on the ourPlace premises involving almost all of the
paid employees with exception of a few people who had only
just begun working there. I had written a letter similiar to
this one and mailed copies of them to the board members' homes.
They used to make their names available on the website. Sherri,
one of the new social-workers a couple of years ago told me
shortly after she began working at ourPlace that there was a
witch-hunt taking place at ourPlace. It seems that the board was
had taken my letter very seriously, it only took a few weeks before
they all made their presences known. The fear of this encounter
had a fairly substantial impact on the employees who had been doing
many, many things wrong. All of the employees stuck together and
they were able to convince the board members conducting the
investigation that there was nothing to investigate.
No terminations took place and there where a couple of days of paid
touch-feely sessions organisized by the board, off of the premises.
The proceedings were mocked by the majority of the male employees
through-out the entire time that these sessions were taking place.
The effect of this intervention by the board worked for some time
for the most part. Let's say they brought things up to about
seventy percent of what they should be so far as moral conduct
of paid employees is concerned. This condition has been gradually
degrading and Al Tysick has been fired because of his inability
to keep things on track.
Sandra Danco showed up a few months ago with all of the confidence
of someone who is used to getting her way. But sadly she has
done like Martha did when Jesus showed up at her home. Sandra
Danco has been pre-occupied with busy-work like the sort of things
that fall into the catagory of house-work and chores and such.
She's been in the office like Martha was in the kitchen and
unfortunatly I'm a poor substitute for Christ. I have not been able to
reign in her employees while she has been camped out in her office doing
busy work and now Sandra Danco has a run-away horse carriage
on her hands. She showed me her true colors when I mentioned to
her that all of the times I visited Edmonton, where she "managed"
three womans shelters, I told her that I never saw large numbers
of disadvantaged, vulnerable woman on the streets of Edmonton
like I've seen in many other large cities that I've visited across
North America. I meant this to be a compliment of her apparent success.
She replied in a snarky, mean voice. "Yeah, that's because they were all around me"
This meeting did not go well, she ended up telling me in a very
patronistic way that I have no say at all in policy. I told her
that I would do then what I am doing now. Only I did not
tell her that I had silently decided to be patient and give her
sixty-days to show substantial improvement. It's now been
more than three months and things are degrading quickly. She
is never around and appears to have no wish to be directly
involved. She let the day to day operations slide so badly
that now that the rainy season is here and everybody is cold
and miserable and depressed things are getting very bad quickly.
Assaults by predators are increasing and "security" guards are
not around to see them. I can tell you why. The security team
will not only NOT call the police, they get up and walk away
so they won't have to be witnesses. The outreach workers,
Benoit and Jordan have been telling violent offenders who have
been threatening people to do "it" off the property. They
tell the aggressors that if it's done off of the property
then it won't have to be written up and there will be no
intervention. I told Sandra Danco that Benoit has been saying
this to drug-addicted violent offenders. Now that Jordan is
doing this as well it seems clear to me that Sandra
Danco is also an outright failure. Like Al Tysick, but with a
vengence. With bad-weather comes bad-moods and conflict and I
fear that this run-away carriage will soon become a run-away
freight-train. Recently a "man" named Cory who spent a
lot of time at ourPlace and is related by blood to two people
involved with ourPlace recently stabbed a fifteen year old boy in
the heart, he murdered a child and I am by no means saying
that I know it to be true that ourPlace employees are
directly or indirectly responsible for this. What I'm saying
is that this is exactly the kind of thing that will spill out into
the streets if this charity is not reigned in immediately.
I would like to add as a note in this tragedy, that Cory's
violent offender older brother was a security guard at
ourPlace for the first two years, he was terminated
because of what people were reporting to the Pandora Act
team as well as the street nurses. These two agencies put
pressure on the ourPlace managers to remove Alex and
I was relieved. I felt as if a physical and
emotional release of tremendous pressure had been removed
and I felt as if I could relax for the first time in a long
time. I watched Alex pull some older brother intimidation
on Cory back before Alex was fired. He began swinging and
kicking at Cory in the yard in front of everyone, Alex did
not make any overt physical contact. But was smiling
proudly and maliciously and this was most certain not playful
antics. Cory was afraid and immediately backed off. He
behaved like a pet or a child or that has been seriously
abused. I was a petty thief for most of my early years,
in my defence I felt that Robin Hood was more my style
than Christ. I have served many short sentences
in many jails across this country and I can tell you for
a fact that I can spot a violent, man-hunting predator a
mile away. I have spend too many years in close quarters
with men like Alex to not be able to see him for what he is.
Alex does not appear to me to have conscience at all and
I've personally seen him maliciously target the weak and
elderly when he worked alone on night shift on the weekend
when there was nobody "important" around to witness his
behaviour. Imagine, that your grand-dad was locked out of
his building at night by a very evil doorman. It is winter
time and it is raining and snowing. This "doorman" would
also some nights call the police on Larry instead of letting
him go up to his room to sleep. Larry is dead now.
Unfortunately Alex is back everyday standing in the yard
whispering with his former co-workers in the far corner
of the yard. He glares at people all day long and to
me has the look of a hungry wild animal. I would wish
to see almost anyone but him standing in that yard everyday.
Back to my justifications for my bad behaviour in the past
so far as the law is concerned. With many, many instances
in the media as well as before my very eyes it seemed to
me that people all around are very seriously disturbed.
With abuse and corruption immediately visible at ever turn a
person's heart grows hard and people stop caring. Jesus
has been trying to prevent this phenomenon from over-taking
humanity as it has many times in the past. When darkness
overcomes what a person sees it is time to stare at the
Light and one must stare at this Light without out looking
either to the right or to the left. One must hold on to
this Buoy with the tenacity of a drowning man holding on to
a piece of broken wood in a storm out in the ocean. This
is very hard for people to do when their caregivers are
literally pushing Satanism and violence, and I am sorry
to report that it is unsuspecting families of conscience who are
funding these "people". Several months ago a man that
I did not recognize hollered out,"SATAN IS AT OURPLACE!"
He was not feeling unhappy at this prospect as I was feeling,
he was pleased and he was clearly intending for this to be an
annoucement. Before he said this I already suspected this to
be the case. I felt a chill and for a moment I felt as if I must
run far away from that place never to look back, however:
A Shepard will not abandon his flock, neither shall this student
of said Sheperd. I'm terrified to put that day to words.
At one time I was ashamed, and angry with Simon/Peter the
apostle for his weakness and failure when confronted
with a painful death. Now I feel that I can can only hope to
be as strong as Rock.
Violence at the ourPlace society is increasing again and this
appears to me to be directly related to this increasing hostility
and contempt that is overtaking the day-to-day employees attitudes.
It is not a stretch to say that when a paid employee yells at
people who are currently very calm and quiet, that this person
is responsible for the anger and hostility which comes out of the people
who were verbally assaulted and threatened with aggressive body-language,
by this said "employee". Yes everyone is responsible for their own behaviour,
but this is far more true for the person who has been given authority and
trust as well as money and prestige. The security guard that
threatens and intimidates mentally-frail people is responsible
for how badly behaved everyone becomes after he commits this atrocious act.
The finger that pushes that first domino is the one that set in motion
a chain of events. Every weak-willed, emotionally-devestated,
tragedy-stricken person that snaps on account of this paid aggressors'
initial behavior is a victim of this said aggressor, as well as
a victim of the ourPlace office employees and board, because they
refuse to see what is right in front of their eyes and they cannot
anymore, play dumb. I have acted as both crier and witness and they
refused to listen or come out of their office-worker, tunnel vision for
so long now, despite my non-stop diligence and work to this effect. Gail
Snider recently yelled at me hysterically. "YOU ARE ACTING AS JUDGE, JURY
AND EXECUTIONER!" I responded in a more serious and even more loud and
firm voice, "NO, IT IS THE PUBLIC WHO WILL JUDGE YOU!". I spoke in error,
I was wrong, Christ will be the Judge in this matter, you will be the jury,
and I shall be acting as both primary witness and prosecuter. My role in
this in these proceedings will be like the crown attorney who was also present
when the alleged crimes took place. Pray for the intervention of Christ
in this matter so that He is aware that there is a situation which requires
a higher power to intervene and Judge. It is not safe or wise to assume that
somebody has already called 9-11 when you see that a possible life-threatening
situation is in your midst. Even if you cannot see through the crowd.
Even if you are sure someone has made the call:

Lot's of prayer in this matter will bring the proper Authorities and fast
You will ensure that the channels of communication are overwhelmed with
chatter. This will bring the calvary in with a sense of urgency that is
required here.
When a person fails to report a crime they have committed a crime. When a
person lies to cover up those guilty of an offence, then they are guilty
of collusion. This bystander is now a criminal accomplice. Also, with-
holding proper care of someone in your charge is a criminal code offence,
and rightly so. If there ever was a law which should be in effect at all
times this is certainly one which ranks high. Caregivers who neglect
to protect people they've been charged to protect are guilty of neglect.
This guilt cannot be white-washed simply by telling oneself that the
victims are mentally-ill and poorly spoken and not capable of telling the
truth. The burden of proof should never be placed upon the alleged victim.
All claims of abuse have to be taken seriously and immediately
investigated by all upper management. Employees who lie and or refuse
to be open and honest with authorities when an abuse is reported are
at once guilty of collusion. Would you allow a convicted violent offender
with a history of alcoholism and drug use a job at a day care center? Well
this is currently the situation with mentally-ill, handi-capped people
in the city of Victoria British-Columbia at this very moment. Come by
and ask the various social-workers and kitchen paid-employees and
janitors at ourPlace whether or not they have criminal histories and current
substance abuse problems. Fully one-third do and these are the ones with
the most contact with the people who are vulnerable. No alcoholic should
be made head of janitorial at a facility where people that have been abused
by alcoholics since childhood are too be found, not when these people are
there for counselling and much needed sanity. Steve the "Head of maintenance"
drinks everyday that money and booze are available to him,
I've been to his house on several occasions, and we've drank together
at our mutual friends house. I am not friends with Steve nor would I chose to be.
Out of respect for my friends Sean and Rhonni I tolerate him.
Steve shows up to work drunk and hungover every chance he gets.
The managers all know this. How could they not, hundreds of people all know this.
Steve's bad-mood hang-overs are not easy to miss and they are as
regular as the sun-rise.
You have to consider being more selective
when it comes to which charity you decide to support with your hard-earned money.
I believe that I will be able to convince you that the stakes are serious,
peoples lives and sanity are at here. The health of the city center is at stake.
And it will not be long before the radius of influence extends. The dangerous,
violent men that are "counseled" by ourPlace, openly anti-christian "social-workers"
in the daytime are the very same psychotic-nightmares who will be visiting
your neighhood at night looking for things to steal in order to satisfy
the addictions of their broken minds. As this situation downtown decays,
these ourPlace(theirPlace) influenced "men" will think more and more of
a violent solution to satisy their immediate needs. It does not have to
be this way. I shall take a moment to remind you that you can vote with
your money. Do not view money as a God, this will be the mark of the beast
upon your forehead. Instead think of money as a physical tool which one can
use to help enact the will of Christ. Use your money to vote. Put it
where Christ says it is needed, and withhold it from people who abused
and wasted what you have already given them. Do you think that a local
business is corrupt, don't shop there. They will soon go out of business.
Do you suspect that a local "charity" is corrupt and inept. Give to local
charities that have a reputation for honesty. Find some poor people
downtown and ask them which charities in town treat people properly
and which ones don't. You should not simply take my word on this, I want
to do right by them, so ask them for their opinions.
Ask a mentally ill street person "Who is naughty, and who is nice?
The charity that they would like to see expanded is the charity you should
write your checks out to.
Charities which use the name of Christ to solicite funds should behave with
compassion and courtesy towards the people that Christ showed compassion and
courtesy towards. They should be out amongst the people the same way Christ was
out amoung the common people. Christ said we should put ourselves
last and that we should make ourselves the servants of others.
Ourplace paid employees wil not do this even
though they are being paid to do this. They typically behave nothing like
Christ and I think I will be able to convince you that they are in fact
committing fraud by using His name to solicite funds. There are some
people I will not name at ourPlace who are resisting this darkness.
But these ones are few and far between. If you would like to hear
"things" about ourPlace employees from one of them you can contact
the Committee to End Homelessness. Like this mysterious unnamed
person, I too know Rose Henry. Rose has assured me that there
is at least one person who has been a paid employee of the
ourplace society since the beginning who corroborates what I've been
saying. Rose gave me the identity of one person because I was speaking
as if it were every last single individual amongst the whole lot
of them. Now when I pull these public antics for the paradise
this world is meant to be, I see who walks past me at ourPlace
with a big happy smile on their face and I see these ones now,
like one sees the light in the darkness of night. I shall tell
you who needs to go but not who needs to stay. It is not
my place to reveal a confidential witness. The Judge will do so
when the time is appropriate. I shall now return to speaking of
Ourplace paid employees as a group. This is the policy and
mentality which most ourPlace paid employees have wreaked upon
the real heroes of this tragedy. Besides, those few standing
in the Light know that they are in the Light. It's nice to
be reminded of course and I have done just that.
OurPlace employees love to act wonderful and friendly and helpful
and modest when the cameras are on and when potential donors show up,
but their attitudes immediately switch to something else when no one is
watching, this is unfortunately, as I will point out, usually the case.
Come by and count the Gail and Bob and Sandra sightings. Don't
bother bringing more then one hand, you won't need that many fingers
for an entire week.
I often tell employees that repeatedly mis-behave that they are
jerks and bullies and liars who think they have a right to verbally abuse and
mis-treat the same people who they are supposed to look after...and so on...
I was barred for yelling at some of the agressive male employees who had been
pushing people around. Many of the male ourPlace employees will never stand
up to the young psycotic drug addicts who show up and become violent. These same
ourplace employed "men" after coddling and speaking gently to the violent drug
addicts feel a loss of manly pride for backing down and they seem to regain their
macho self-esteem by shouting at people who are sick and depressed and helpless.
One of the men I was telling off was a new cook named Mike.
One of the volunteers starting putting out trays of food that were
prepared and Mike kept coming over and taking the trays away.
Eventually this older friendly woman smiled shrugged
her shoulders, as to say what gives and asked why he kept taking the food back.
Mike stooped down towards the volunteers' face and began wagging his finger at
her with an angry look on his face. There was one bowl of wilted vegetables
on the counter and Mike was adament that all of the trays of food
that were lined up along the back counter were staying put until the
last of the vegetables were gone. It was ten minutes before the
volunteers were allowed to put the food out even though there
was a crowd of people standing at the counter begging for the food
that was on display but not being made available. Well I lost it.
I did what I usually do in these situations. I walked away fuming and
I turned this over and over in my mind, going over the details again and
again. Within ten minutes I was shouting at Mike. "YOU ARE A PIECE OF POOP* "
I told him what he did wrong in a very angry way and repeated my
expletives. He marched outside to the spot where employees usually
can be found chatting and smoking and he was yelling out his version
of what happened. I walked over and called him a liar and a piece of
poop* again and I told all of them why I did what I did. I called him poop*
several times then walked away. Roman, the agressive male
outreach "worker", came charging at me with his chest puffed out, a mean
look on his and with his fists balled. I told him what happened and
he told me that I'm barred for a week. I then I called him a piece of
poop* several times, he told me that if I didn't leave I would be barred
for two weeks. I left. When I came back a week later Roman the outreach
"worker" came up to me and told me I was still barred for another week.
He lied and said that he heard me threaten Mike.
Jordan, the "manager" like most of the employees at the ourPlace society
automatically believe that EVERYONE who shows up to make use of the
services is a hallucinating psycotic with limited capacity for truth.
Unfortunately for the mentally-ill as well as the
physically and emotionally handi-capped people of Victoria, Gail and
her employees are projecting their negative qualities on the people they
are supposed to be healing. How can you heal men and woman when you refer
to them as children and treat them as deluded liars, and crooks automatically
simply because they have no money and do need help. Gail has told me
that this is how she views eveyone at the ourPlace society. I told her
that her employees were reporting back to her one thing then doing some
thing else behind her back. She smiled a knowing smirk and told me
that she know's what this is like because she's worked with children for
a long time. Really Gail, I was speaking of adults and she was comparing them
to children
Soon it seems taht she decided that this attitude only applies to the
people who rely on the services and NOT the employees. Gail's attitude
stinks but she behaves like a perfect politian when donors and cameras show
up. Do you appreciate it when polititions say one thing when they campaign
then another when they are elected? Well how can we tolerate this behaviour
with people who use the name of Christ as a marketing ploy? Can I prove this?
Well, maybe we can figure this one out,
(i) Contact Gail Snider at ourPlace and find out which television stations
were covering the Al Tysick "retirement" party.
(ii) Request the video from the station.
(iii) Watch Gail Snider prancing around, in front of the cameras, with a
dishbin in her arms. You will also see the new accountant holding a broom
and dustpan. He had a very shamed look on his face. Remember now that
Sandra Danco had not yet arrived in town, so we can't blame her for these
deceptive antics. Gail was acting Director of the Board at the time.
The show was for you as a potential donor, put on by the politician-like
Gail Snider. It is clear to me that Gail's "master's degree" did not
teach her to be a proper leader. Her degree program gave her the words
to convince people that she is a proper leader. Now the people in need
who she is mismanaging are paying off her student loan.
(iv) Let's get to the proof now,and this proof is availble for all of you
people of Christ-conscious behaviour, and it will be given to you promptly
by Gail each and every day at your leisure. You will never see Gail
walking around with a dish bin nor will you see Gail at all, ever. Not
if you sit there all day will you see Gail. You will have to sit
in front of the building in the morning when she arrives at work,
at lunch, if she doesn't stay in her office for the free lunch she
hade specially made by Scott who keeps the best for himself and friends.
You will also have the opertunity to see her when she leaves in the
evening.
Later I will detail in full how Gail responded to my firm suggestion
that she be out amoung the people that she is supposed to help take care
of but for now this should do
-->"I reminded Gail about the letter I wrote to Sandra Danco
about how I'd like to see all of the managers out of the offices talking
to people at least several times a day or preferably once evey hour.
She barked at me "I'M NOT AN OUTREACH WORKER!"<--
I wish yesterday I had thought to tell Gail that she should be wiping
tables, she would have barked, " I'm am not a janitor!" Well she didn't
mind playing a lowly, humble janitor for the public news this past
summer(2011). I told Gail that it is very important that she be out
speaking to the people she pretends to serve and she was outraged.
Let us break down the "outreach". It is a combination of the words
'reach' and 'out' If Gail does not believe that she is required to
reach-out to the people that she is being paid to reach-out to. Then
why is she there being paid to do what SHE says she will not do.
When employees act like jerks I treat them the way they have been treating the
people they are supposed to be taking care of.
I am rude to them as they have been rude to others. If I believe
that a serious act committed by an employee has crossed the line from anger
and disrespect to outright abuse, then I do what any devoted servant of Christ
would do. I yell and scream and do my best to throw the fear of GOD into them.
When paid employees cross this line as they often do, I will not consider backing
down from such overt, cowardly, unrightness acts committed against people who
have been devestated by tragedy their whole lives. I will not consider letting
this evil pass when these same paid employees who take ver 8o% of the money, and then
neglect and abuse the people they are being paid to take care of. A few weeks
ago I overheard Beth saying something that I've known for years. She was standing
two feet from me attempting to console a woman who had been verbally abused by
Robert, the man who has been treating people like garbage for the past several
years. Robert is in charge of the clothing and higene area in the basement
Beth said to this crying woman. "I know, I know," Beth said gently,
"We get complaints about him all the time, but he's staff, I have to back up
staff." Beth pleaded with her "Please understand that I can't do anything,
he's staff"
I reminded Jordan that the scripture tells us that leaders
WILL be held accountable for the behaviour of people who work under them.
Jordan appeared conscious striken for a moment then went right back
to making condescending snearing faces at me. He said "she never flirted
with you, that is how you interpreted things." Jordan is a liar. Plain and
simple. If ever the ourplace society is to reach it's potential of
healing the sick so that they can become like everyone else again, then
management has to be completely replaced. Bob is a liar and I was shown
proof in the housing logs several months after I told the board of directors
about when Bob told me that he and the other boses own the ourplace society.
It said in the housing logs that Bob denied to the board ever having
had the conversation with me. I find it hard to believe that Bob could
forget a conversation where I shouted in his face "YOU WERE NOT GIVEN
OWNERSHIP, YOU WERE GIVEN STUWARDSHIP!" He yelled back at me "Get
out of here and don't ever come back". Bob did not forget this conversation,
when he was asked by the board if what I said is true. He did what all liars
and cowards do. He lied them. Several weeks ago Bob, walked past me
in the yard at ourPlace, he was giving a tour to a young couple who appeared
properous and gentle. As Bob walked past me I heard him telling them,
"We serve fifteen hundred people a day here." When I told one of the men
who has spent a lot of the past few years at ourPlace, He laughed and we
discussed quickly the real number of ourPlace patrons. We estimated that
Bob lied by a factor of five. The real number is more like three-hundred
people a day. Bob knows his lie will pass because on "big" days like
thanksgiving and Christmas, fifteen hundred or so people come through, and
these two days have camera "evidence" to back up his dishonest version of the
truth. Now his lie seems very plausible to this nigh-eve, unsuspecting couple.
My opinion on this matter of Bob is this. Bob is paid five times more than
he deserves. Funding is not five times less than it needs to be. Bob is
not soliciting funds because he wants to increase services, he is lying for
money so he can have his next raise on time. If this were not so, he wouldn't
never accepted his many pay raises in the past. He would have said himself
"I've taken enough already, If I take more, then there is less for these poor
people in need." I have no doubt that he has been accepting his continual
raises. I've seen him flaunt his purchases at the building where he "works"
If the employees of the ourPlace society out right
reject Christ then his name has to be taken off the inside of the building all
crosses have to be taken down and a formal retraction has to be made to the
press that the ourPlace business is no longer operating under the guise of
Christianity. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure that the people of this
city can judge this situation for themselves. It will be very easy to prove
this case when all of the volunteers who have quit because of the abusive kitchen
staff begin coming forward and telling their stories about Pete, and Scott.
I was told by one of the cooks named Dave that Pete was fired after he physically
assaulted a female volunteer. My complaints about Peter went unheard for two
years. Employees are only discplined when they do something wrong to another
employee, all other complaints go unheard. Any time a complaint about an employee
is made the employees tell each other that the person making the complaint is
schizophrenic and that the person is simply making things up. If my complaints
had been heard, this incident would have never taken place.
Al was fired a year or so later and this was for a good reason. Simply put,
he was fired because he failed. Employeee bahavior didn't suddenly change
because Sandra Danco showed up. I warned Danco when she first showed up that
her managers will report to her her everything she wants to hear. They will
ignore all complaints because as I've previously said, complaints are automatically
not believed by employees. I told Jordan the manager that he is a liar because
he backs up his employees right or wrong. He said to me "Yes I do back up my
employees, that's my job" Well Jordan I can assure you that backing up your employees
when they are wrong most certainly is NOT the job you are being paid for.
Sandra Danco will now, of course, unknowingly report back the "truth" to the board
and everybody at the top will feel like they are doing excellent work. I warned
her that if she doesn't take the time to come out of the office and see for herself
what is actually taking place because she will not hear the truth from the managers.
They automatically back each other up, right or wrong. They of course expect the
same courtesy from their peers when they slip up. Since Sandra Danco has taken
the helm of an institution which boders on criminal fraud and misconduct, she has
followed my advice so far as I can tell, only three times in as many months.
None of the people that the ourPlace society is supposed to be about even know
who Sandra Danco is. When anyone says the name "Sandra"
everyone assumes that the person being referred to is Sandra who works with outreach.
I would be surprised if one out of a hundred people at ourPlace could pick
Sandra Danco out of a crowd. She's proven to be as uninvolved in the daily workings
of ourPlace as both Gail and Bob. Even Al spent more time talking to people by
walking through once or twice a week. I suggested to Sandra that managers
should walk through the place at least once an hour, so that she can help
to ensure that the managers aren't simply taking the word of their underlings and
then reporting back to them, what is by neglect, lies and half truths.
The only manager I see once in a while is Jordan from outreach.
His office is on the ground floor and this is the only reason
people see him more often. When he comes out of his
office it is to briefly speak to fellow employees, his friends. When any one
else tries to ask Jordan for help he says, "Not now, I'm busy, you'll have to ask
someone else." He is not very polite about it either. I set up my computer close
to Jordan's office. When I'm at ourplace I'm often outside of Jordan's office
in the computer writing software for computer animations. When Jordan is on
the premise he is almost going to be found in his office. He rude and
impatient when people ask him for help and people know better than to
bother asking him for anything, they know he won't help and he will humiliate
them by dismissing them outright. You will never see him involved in the
day to day workings of ourplace even though he is collecting a princes salary.
He is less competent then his dad who was recently fired. Nepotism goes along
way. By no stretch of the imagination should Jordan be the primary source of
information that is being reported to the board. This is an absurd situation
that is preventing OurPlace from becoming a place of healing. When you
see an angry psycotic mentally ill person walking around cursing and swearing,
it is a safe bet to say that this is learned behaviour and people are re-learning
this behaviour often from the very same people that are being paid to remedy
this situation. Everytime an ourPlace paid employee shows up in a bad mood you can
be sure that there will be an increase in hostility in the surrounding
neighbourhood. Jordan the "manager" has been standing idly by, ignoring
complaints about employees and looking the other way for three and a half years now.
he shouldn't be fired simply because his dad was.
His actions should stand for themselves, this comes from Christ himself,
this is His way. What are Jordans actions, or should I better say inactions.
He less motivated than Al Tysick was. He is far less
involved than Al Tysick ever was. Jordan looks the other way when employees
do something wrong just like his dad did. When someone asks Jordan to mediate
a dispute with one of Jordan's outreach workers he simply says "That's not my
area. I can't help you" In short Jordan Tysick is an even
more of a disinterested, incompetent lazy dead-beat than Al Tysick, the repeat
sex offender. Today Jordan has proved to me that he cannot act as manager.
Jordan accused a me of sexual harrasment against Jessiaca and then accused me of
lying when I attempted to explain what happened.
Without any intention of hearing both sides of the story he told me that
I did something wrong to Jessica and that I'm no longer allowed to speak to her.
At this point he had only heard rumours. He hadn't even spoken to Jessica yet.
She was brought into his office by Benoit, AFTER, he spoke to me.
When I started walking around telling employees what really happened
Jordan would make a condescending "You're delusional" smirk at me and
and would say "You imagined it all." He would then look away with a big smile.
I kept trying to explain the situation to him and his friends and Jordan
would escalate the situation by telling me I'm lying while smirking at me
like I'm some idiot he couldn't be bothered with.
He said he barred me because I speaking loudly and swearing.
Well when people are lying about you behind your back and you feel hurt
by these lies, it sometimes seems appropriate to raise your voice
and explain yourself so that all of the people who have been lied to can hear
the truth. This is what Jesus did
when people whispered lies about him. Did I apply the behaviour of Christ
properly to this situation, this remains to be seen. I believe so, and
Christ is quoted as having said "If you are angry with your brother, then
you will go before the high counsel." Jordan doesn't behave like my brother
but he does believe himself to be a brother in Christ. Either way, here I am
before the high counsel, many of you who are reading this are the modern
version of the sanhedrin. So you may consider this my official appearence,
unless any of you specify otherwise.
The poor people of this city will survive without the ourPlace society.
The Ourplace society is greedy and selfish as a whole. I would like
to share an anecdote with you, this is a side-topic for those of you
who were recently beguiled by the recent mail-out solicitation
campaign that the ourPlace society recently went ahead with. There
is a wealthy man who was rumoured to have given a large sum of money
to Al Tysick, because of the clout this man has, he was able to determine
that the money he gave to Al was not being used as he specified before
the money was handed over. This unnamed philanthropist felt snookered
by Al Tysick and came back to demand his money be returned. This man
got his money back. You do not have to have the finances to pay for
lawyers to get your money back if you have given it. Simply demand
it be returned on account of services not rendered and change the name
on your check from ourPlace to The Rainbow kitchen, or the 9-10
club or the Victoria Miracle center. If these people sell out too
I promise I will tell you and everyone else who will listen.
People will not receive the help they desperately need so long as
Ourplace employees are selfishly taking almost all
of the funding for themselves. In 2009, two and
a half million dollars was distributed to people. A few dozen employees took
two million for themselves and hundreds of people that the money is supposed to
go to received half a million. Half of this half-million came from rent
charged to the Ministry of Social Services. You cannot live at ourPlace for
even one night if the welfare office refuses to pay. The obvious link to this
information has been removed from the front page of the ourPlace society website,
but if you contact the ourPlace board insisting that the accounting
documents be reposted with a more detailed break-down of who is receiving what
money, then if they rufuse you will have been givin more proof that honesty
is not the best policy for the ourPlace society. This is fraud, It is theft.
It is wrong. There are several non-profit organizations in town which operate
the way Christ tells us to behave, and this most certainly includes giving,
not taking. Volunteers at The Rainbow Kitchen have made
themselves the servants of people in need and unlike paid ourPlace employees,
they are good people from what I can tell and in need of support. I recently
heard ourPlace employees including Jordan the manager stating that the
food at the rainbow kitchen is rumoured to be very good with generous portions.
Earlier that morning a "security" guard walked through the yard and started
yelling at me and several other people on account of a new rule that had
been implemented that morning but not yet posted with signs for everyone to
see. I was told later by an employee that the signs were ready and sitting
in the outreach office. This "security" guard yelled that he was justified
in behaving this way because he had already told some people earlier.
After three and a half years a rule had suddenly been changed and
people were not given even a one hour grace period before the verbal
abuse and intimidation started.
Imagine if some polititian passed a new law that was never made public and
you were ticketed by an verbally abusive meter-maid one hour after this
new "rule" nobody had ever heard of was passed.
Obviously there should be some time for people to adjust,
and there should not be abuse even after notice has been given.
Anyways, I was angry and and rightously so, when Jordan the manager
who routinely dismisses complaints against his fellow paid employeees
was discussing the most caring and generous volunteers from the
Rainbow Kitchen, I shouted at him the way his friend
and co-worker and accomplice had shouted at me and my friends and family just
a few hours earlier. I yelled out for everyone to hear:
"THIS IS HOW IT IS WHEN CHARITY EMPLOYEES DON'T TAKE ALMOST ALL OF
THE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES!" Jordan the manager made his usual
condescending smirk.
So far as I can see, all of the money that goes to the 9-10 club,
goes to food for the people it is intended for. Once again this
place runs stricly on volunteers and when servants of Christ get things
right everything works out right. There are very few misunderstandings
at the 9:10 club and it is a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. I've
never heard an abusive word come out of these volunteers' mouths.
I've certainly never overheard any of them make snide, disrectful
remarks about other people like what is routinely seen openly
practiced by the ourPlace paid staff.
Every week, the volunteers at the Miracle Center pray that they not only
have food donations for people but also money for rent. They work for free
and are as broke as a charity can be. I was at the home of the Miracle Center Pastor.
His wife invited me along with all the congregation even though we hardly knew each
other. He had a very small, modest home and his vehicle was very cheap. And
likely fuel efficient. He does not collect a huge salary like Bob Frank,
Gail Snider and Sandra Danco. nor does he own a large luxury home in the expensive
isolated areas on the outskirts of greater Victoria like Bob the
ourPlace "manager" Nor do the people who work at the Miracle do as Bob Frank
does when he drives through town showing off his oversized brand new 4x4 extended bed,
extended cab, gas-guzzling pickup truck like Bob does. Bob and the rest of the
ourplace employees, love to show up and show off the money the've collected for a
job not done. At least the ones who are not seriously addicted to drugs and alcohol.
Several paid employees fall into this last catagory, and I've tried do something
about this by suggestion to Gail that employees be tested for drugs. Gail told
me that this is not going to happen. Once again I would like to contrast the
behaviour of voluteers versus paid ourPlace employees. Volunteers are almost
friendly and courteous and hard-working. And paid ourPlace employees tend
to be either very lazy and happy because they have it so easy, or they are
very abusive because they do not like to earn their money. Work
for some people is a negative thing. People who simply do what they do
because they want to be paid tend to be very angry and frustrated with
having to do things they do not want to do. When you add this angry,
frustrated attitude to the paid ourPlace employee sense of ownership and
entitlement things can get ugly and for no genuine reason. A janitorial
staff will want to plow through a line up instead of going around the line
or politely saying " excuse me so I can get through here please", They
will daily and repeatedly, push through people while rudely saying "Excuse
me" as the person they have just pushed is trying to jump out of the way or
get plowed into by the janitor who expects immediate submission to this
unreasonable demand. No petty spill or full garbage can is so important,
and immediately pressing that someone should be snapped at and shoved.
When someone calls them on this they will yell "I'm trying to do my job"
This is assault. If someone body checks you out of their way in such
an unreasonable manner and uncivilized manner than this is an assault.
This aggressive boder-line violent behaviour takes place everyday
at ourPlace, at least to some degree. Actual incidents of obvious and
blatent assaults by employees on non-violent people are rare but they do happen
and twice I've seen tenants of the building assaulted IN FRONT OF ourPlace
"security" guards. I witnessed Donnie, who "works" directly under Bob,
shove David Small several feet and then Donnie told David that he was going to
kick the poop out of him. The "security guard", Tom who was standing
a few feet away looked on in stunded silence. He did not intervene nor
was Donnie punished with even one day off. If David Small had assaulted
and threatened Donnie there would for a fact be an eviction, and likely
assault charges would laid by the police and the security guard would most
certainly have written a statement regarding this assault. Employees
do not call the police for assaults which take place against the
people that ourPlace is supposed to be about. Not unless a 911 call
is mandated. And even still, there will be no written statements, or
camera evidence ready for the police when they arrive. Jesus said
to put others first and this is a clear example of how paid ourPlace
employees put THEMSELVES first, despite being paid to behave properly.
If you can't get proper behaviour from ourPlace employees even by
bribing them with salaries and benefits and first pick of all of the
resources, then we have a potential situation where people are going
to mock and curse the name of God on account of people who claim to
be servants DO NOT act like they are unless people with money and cameras
are nearby.
The majority of the paid employees who work for the ourPlace
society are Judas' they learned this from Al Tysick and Bob Frank, and Gail Snider.
At Al Tysicks' going away party this summer in the yard of ourPlace society, there
were was a lot of media attention, we had reporters and cameras, and Gail was
walking around with a dish bin picking up dirty cups. Gail has never, that I've seen
in her too many years at ourPlace, ever picked up a rag to wipe a table ourPlace,
she has only once been seen picking up dirty cups and that was nothing but pure
manipulation. She was presenting an image to the public that is false. If Gail
does not pick-up dirty dishes 364 days of the year, then it is clear that she is
a liar and a manipulator when she does this in front of the media. Even most
of her paid underlings will not help with work. Only about one third of the social
workers will ever help with the day to day cleaning and the ones that do,
do so because when I clean up for free sometimes the employees will thank me,
and when they do I respond with"You can help by grabbing a rag instead of standing
around watching volunteers do all of the work" Some of them have gotten the point,
but not many. Paid employees at this particular "charity" have a rediculous
sense of entitlement, they almost all believe that they own this charity and
everything in it. On, Thursday, November the tenth,
I was speaking to Gail Snider about the first draft of this letter which I mailed to
her and several dozen churchs, I reminded Gail about the letter which
I wrote to Sandra Danco when she first showed up about how I'd like to see all of
the managers out of the offices talking to people at least several times a day or
preferably once evey hour. She barked at me "I'M NOT AN OUTREACH WORKER!"
I barked back at her, "YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE BABY-SAT, AND YOU
ARE NOT DOING YOUR JOB BY NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE!" She
acted hurt and angry that I was speaking about employees this way, and she told me
that I am mean and abusive and I told her that six-months
ago, one of Jordan's employees named Benoit, announced to eveyone to hear, "I am not an
outreach worker, I am a baby-sitter." I told them that this hurts me and others when
employees behave way." She did not acknowledge verbally that both she and her staff
were in the wrong for initiating this type of behaviour, nor did she call Benoit, the
"ex"-violent offeder "social-worker" a mean abusive person even though I was measuring
out to him and his friends the measure they have repeatedly almost daily measured
out to others. When a person mimics the bad behaviour of paid employees they are
considered by the same paid employees to be bad people. When Scott the "cook" who
can't cook(kitchen volunteers are his crutch) verbally abuses people
who cannot stand up themselves I sometimes hollar back at him. When this
happens, I am always considered the person the wrong. Other paid employees will either
give me dirty looks for several days afterwards, and some who are normally friendly
with me will refuse to look at me or acknowledge me when I greet them.
Scott, however, is treated by ALL of them like a friend and brother,
even though he is an "ex"-crack addict bully who targets people who are mentally
frail on account of being abused for most of their lives.
Gail did give me confirmation of sorts that she spoke to the "social-workers"
and "security guards" because all of the aggressive paid male employees started
making angry faces and balls their fists everytime they walked past me. This has
happened many times in the past when I make complaints about employee behaviour.
They are told that I've been lying about them again and they respond by getting even
more aggressive and confrontational with me. They never do an about face and suddenly
try to be friendly and courteous with me the way I attempt to do with them.
When new employees show up I try to be friendly and welcoming but the males almost always
act towards me they way the other employees told them to when they started.
They glare at me with angry faces, and when I greet them
they look away as if they believe I am not worth speaking to or acknowledging. This
is life with the majority of ourPlace social workers, security guards and kitchen staff.
Gail made some reference to me about how I am a liar and that she has heard from other
people what I am like. I said, "Yeah, you been listening to rumours and lies from your
employees." She said, "They are not rumours and lies, they are true, and she mumbled that
it's not only employees telling her about me .
I responded , "You haven't been receiving complaints from those
people downstairs that this place is supposed to be about." I said this with the authority
and confidence of someone who knows the truth of this matter She nodded "no" and looked
down at the table looking for a small moment, conscience sticken. I then told her
that when people have complaints about employees they come to me. Now her conscience
when back to it's usual flexibility. And she sneered at me with one of those
condescending "You're a liar" faces that ourPlace managers have proven to be expert at.
Gail and her friends beg people for money to give to those in need, then they
keep almost all of it for themselves. They stand around all day talking
amongst themselves while volunteers do almost everything that has to be done.
As Christians it has come time to pay attention to who you support with funding.
If you feel compelled to help the people who Jesus Christ repeatedly
insists that we help then you have to be responsible and make sure that the
organisation which is taking the money is honouring the wishes of Christ.
Our place employees mock Christ using words as well deeds. When people see
this, it reflects badly on Christ. People see the cross on the wall and they
believe that Jesus Christ is like the people who pay him lip-service. People
think that because an employee who works for a Christian organisation acts like
a thief and a bully and a jerk that this is who Christ must be too. Many people
believe that Christ is a slimeball because people who claim to work for him
behave like slimballs. It was written in the book of Romans." You who brag about
the law, do you dishonor God by breaking the law? As it is written' God's name
is blasphemed because of you." Paul was quoting Isaiah, and we can tell from
this that people who misuse God's name have been a serious problem for at least
several thousand years. It comes to this: If you donate money to the wrong
"christian" organisation then you are feeding this problem of "christians" who
make God look bad. How do we know what to expect from in a from a charity? Judas,
the betrayer of Christ, begged for money in the name of Christ, on behalf of
the poor and was helping himself to it. This is from the book of John. Well
how much was he taking. Was it higher than eighty percent of the money? That
would have been a lot to keep for himself and this is at least how much ourPlace
society employees are taking for themselves. And this is only what's obvious.
Employees get free meals and bonus hundred dollar Christmas cards from
Bob Frank. Employees have been throwing themselves several parties ever year
and this goes under the food budget which means that the amount of
money they take for themselves is much higher tham the eighty percent that
they put on paper. Ourplace employees are these kinds of people. Not all
of them act badely towards people face to face but they ALL stand up for
each other when one does something.
Imagine if one of Christ's apostles started yelling at
a mentally-ill, mentally retarded man. Then when Christ showed up all the
other "good" apostles lied to Christ and said nothing happened. They are
all guilty of collusion at this point and most certainly are not students
of truth. If you witness a crime then lie to protect the criminal,
you are guilty of being an accessory to that crime.
If all ourPlace employees lie to protect each other when another employee
commits an immoral act, then they are just as accountable as the
person they have been protecting. This is how criminals behave. The only
code of ethics that most criminals have is the conspiracy of silence. In the
eyes of a criminal, telling on another criminal is seen as the most
reprehensible crime a person can commit. This is how the ourPlace paid
employees behave when one of their own repeatedly does something wrong
to mentally-ill people on a regular basis for years and years.
Even taking mentally-ill drug addicted women home and paying
them to perform sex acts on camera is not a punishable offense for an
ourPlace employee. Recently Bob Frank promoted Steve from Janitorial to head
of Janitorial. How do I know that Steve pays drug-addicted woman
to make porno with him. I am Steve's best friends' tech support guy.
When Sean Flyman and Rhonni Cairns break their computers
they come to ourplace and get me. Steve went to Sean asking for
help on how to erase all of the porno he was making with his
digital phone's camera, Steve was afraid he would get caught so
he went to Sean for help on how to use his phone properly. Sean didn't
know how so he explained the situation to me. He called Steve in front of
me and told him I could help. I heard Steve yell through the phone. Sean
then told me that Steve did not want me to see what was on the phone.
Sean didn't know that I have spent the last several years building a case
against the ourPlace society employees but Steve most certainly did.
If Sean did know he was helping and he would be justified in doing so.
This is a related story but the conclusion that Sean and I came to are
speculation. Maybe Bob Frank put Sean on the graveyard shift because he
never kissed Bob's butt, maybe it was simply luck of the draw. Either
way Sean quit when Bob refused to change his mind.
Before Christmas of 2010. Steve was one of the people who was out right
malicious with people from time to time, early on he abuse was overt
but the managers like him because he kisses their butts.
A year after the ourPlace opened, a woman filed a complaint against
Steve for sexual harrassment. Steve was banned from working on the fourth
floor for more than a year afterwards. Complaints against employees are never
taken this seriously. I have to assume that this one time a complaint
was taken seriously happened for a reason, Bob knows about Steve's
history and had no choice but to take it seriously. With the head guy,
Al Tysick, being a known repeat sex offender, Steve's appetite for vulnerable
woman would have to stay quiet and this was done by keeping Jen
quiet. Jen stayed quiet because Steve was no longer allowed anywhere
near her living space. This past winter I was walking up into the dining
hall and Steve was leaning on the railing nearby and a drug-addicted
prostitute who has been "working" in the neighboorhood for several years
walked up to him and asked," So when are you going to have me over again?"
I yelled out for everyone to hear."SO STEVE, ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE HER
HOME AND FEED HER DRUGS SO SHE'LL MAKE PORN WITH YOU. Steve was acting
like a jerk a few days later and when an outreach worker mentioned to me
that an outreach worker from another organisation had been fired and
apparently charged for the very same thing Steve has been doing. I told
him in a very loud voice so everyone nearby could hear the story as I've
just related to you. Little Jordan, the outreach "worker" who works with
Jordan the manager had a big slick smile on his face when I told him this.
Steve has been been an almost perfect gentleman ever since I made it clear
to him that I would continue to expose him if he didn't change his ways.
Sean Flyman was a decent employee, he did his work but did not stress out to the
point where he was trampling people, like many other paid employees
who are "stuck" with manual labor that many volunteers are happy to do for
free. He was patient with people if not at all talkative.
The loss of Sean's presence at ourPlace was far greater than the
"loss" of Bob Frank could ever be. Bob Frank once told me that
I have to learn humility and coming from a man who puffs out his chest
and walks around with his nose in the air this is an insult
but also is sort of a compliment of sorts. If an arrogant,
lying bully who doesn't know the definition of the word
humility insults me then I am happy that he does not consider me to
be anything like him. I work at not being like this everyday and the
disapproval of a dis-honest man is a sign that I'm truly on the right
path. When I am called a rat and a goof by the psychotic violent
predators that sometimes show up at ourPlace I am happy that they
do not consider me to be like them. So it is now when Bob Frank and
Gail Snider be-little and insult me and others.
It used to hurt my feelings, and it used to make me feel bad
but now that I've been re-fortified once again by Christ it is,
as I said, a compliment that they do not like me. I no longer
feel that my self-esteem depends on how ourPlace paid employees
treat me, my value has been given back to me and these selfish
people can never take this from me again. If you want to contrast
one employee against another, come by ourPlace and ask about Sarah.
Sarah was fired earlier this year, EVERYBODY at ourPlace liked Sarah
and she was one of the few paid employees who regularly helped
out with the "menial" work that most paid employees refuse to do.
Why she was fired, I do not know, she must not have been considered
by her crooked peers as someone who would "play-ball". It was not
her attitude. In the two or so years that she was with us, she never
once lashed out at anyone. She was always friendly and happy, and as
I said before, she did the work of volunteers by happily helping
out with cleaning. You will have to ask her yourself why she thinks
she was fired. You will not get the truth from the managers.
Little Jordan, the liar who claims that he did two years of university
towards a bachelor of science degree. I know he is lying because I do have
several credits towards a bachelor of science. I built my first electro-magnet
when I was eight years old, that same year I changed the gear ratio of one of
my toy robot motors and I was learning how to program my older sisters
TI-99 computer. I was studying photon theory when I was thirteen
years old, this is one of the topics Einstein left unfinished. I can
easily prove this is all possible and even likely by doing a simple Mensa test.
I will likely finish early and I will test halfway between a pass and a
perfect score.
I am very consistent with intelligence tests, I've always smoke them.
I know when someone is bluffing about things they don't know anything about.
Jordan lies about his university credentials. Well when I
was talking to Jordan and another mentally-ill man about some scientific
topic, I spoke to both of them as if they really know their stuff. Brent
does, I don't usually have to dumb things for Brent and he's taught me
more than a thing or two. When I mentioned a calori-meter, Little Jordan
stopped me and asked "What's a calorie-meter?" Well, let me tell you
about the calorie-meter so far as science students go. It's like the
bunson-burner. If you don't know what one is then you've never passed
even a high-school science class let alone a university course. Every
time you hear the word calorie you will now remember this letter.
Calories are measured using the calorie-meter. I used one for the first
time in grade nine. Enough about Little Jordans phony credentials.
Several months ago shortly after Danko showed up to replace Tysick.
Little Jordan came into the very quiet computer room, walked up to a man
who was researching scripture online and announced for everyone to hear
that he(Little-Jordan) believes that God is really a vampire.
He used the story in Genesis where Jacob wrestles with God to
prove his "theory" Jordan lied and said that there are many accounts
like this in
the scripture I've been reading scripture since I was
a young boy and off and on ever since. Now I read it and think about
scripture every day. It's been this many for many years now. I am
confident that this ONE story where God suddenly leaves before daybreak
is the only one. I hardly think that a God who lets a man get the
best of Him in a wrestling match is a vampire or predator of any
sort. God was teaching Jacob self-confidence. Jacob was afraid
to face his older brother Esau and God fixed this by boosting his
self-worth in a wrestling match which He came very close to throwing.
God in this instance was behaving like a concerned human dad who didn't
want to see his little boy afraid to go to school. Little-Jordan,
the ourPlace "social worker" is the one who behaves like a parasite,
he is sucking people's self-worth and taking them for twenty-dollars
an hour to boot. I told Little-Jordan so, I called him a liar in front
of everyone. Now when Little-Jordan shows up and starts squawking
on about his atheist religion of Darwin I bring up hard-core
real science and shame him until he shuts up and walks away. He
is an anti-christ and I treated him with the comtempt he so
richly was deserving. I did not judge him, I did not have to, He
literally appeared to me to be yelling "I'm guilty, I'm guilty,"
and he was doing it with a big proud smile on his face. You tell
me if you would pay a boy such as this twenty-dollars an hour
to take care of vulnerable people. A few weeks later he was talking
to a very mentally-ill man named Jean-Francois. Jean Francois asked
Little Jordan the outreach "worker" if it is alright to have sex with
midgits. The ourPlace paid employee little-Jordan laughed loudly
and responded just as loudly
"Well I think it's alright but only if the midgets are
Christian." Jean- Francois was recently talking to people about making
bombs and one day a couple of weeks ago J.F. was yelling out in the
yard that God is a parasite. Do you want to meet Jean-Francois after
Little Jordan has been "consuling" him.
Would you like to meet a violent strung-out
drug-addict that been learning right from wrong according to ourPlace
paid employees. I told Sandra Danco about how Little-Jordan has been behaving.
She acted dismissively until I pointed out to her that if any potential
donors who are Christians happened to be walking through and heard that,
there would be some serious funding problems in the near future.
Now I had her attention. I know Sandra is an atheist believer of Darwin
because only an atheist would act as if these comments were perfectly fine.
Only an atheist would start to take this seriously when the possibility
of lost funding is mentioned. Once again, I'm would like to reiterate,
The ourPlace society must remove all religious symbols from the building
and post a public retraction stating that they will no longer be using the
name of Christ to solicite funds. They are lying when they represent
themselves as Christians to the public. They are misusing the name
of Christ to pull peoples heart-strings, and they are making Christ
look like a liar and a thief and a bully. As Christians you can vote
for proper ethical behaviour with your wallet. You can support
Christians who tirelessly work to help the poor for free or you can
continue to support the ourPlace societies' reckless, greedy
lazy, indifferent Christ-defaming behaviour. I seriously doubt Christ would
want you to pay for people that make him look like an lying, theiving, jerk.
We've had enough of this already. These people are undermining Christ
and everything He and his Father have been trying to accomplish.
You can remove Sandra Danco and her crew simply by removing their income.
Services cannot be cut any furthur without it becoming obvious to the public.
They will have to stop paying crooked employees if the budget is cut furthur.
Simply redirect donations to one of the charities in town which rely only
on volunteers to get the work of Christ accomplished. You don't have
to believe anything I've said, you simply have to believe what Christ said.
Type "give to those in need" into the Google search engine, you will see
dozens of quotes from the Christ and the apostles. These men did not take
more than eighty percent for themselves and this is proof that ourPlace wmployees
are not from Christ. " This is the ideology of Judas-of-Iscarot, the "man" who
turned Jesus of to the authorities so that his torture and muder would proceed.
Try this just for fun, type into a google search page,"Jesus says 'take more
than eighty percent for yourselves.'". You will not see any matching results
I'm sure. unless what comes up is on the ourPlace website.
The small excerpts of this letter which I will be posting on poles,
and grocery store bullitin boards, and church doors, around the city
will have the website address for the charity fraud website I will setting
up this week. The header will read: The real Our Place Society. I'm sure
you'll see something on a telephone pole or a door near you very soon.

These phoney institutions have to be removed before the Kingdom of Christ
can fully blossom. The harvest is now and it's time to remove the chaff
from the wheat. The ourplace society has proven itself to be chaff.
The Rainbow Kitchen, the 9-10 club as well the Miracle center have
proven themselves to be trees which bear fruit. There was an article
in one of the local papers saying that the Rainbow Kitchen volunteers
are hoping to expand their services to people in need. The church
they have been using has been abandoned by the clergy and I'm
certain that they can use some financial help in maintaing this fine service
which they happily provide free of charge that way Christ says to.
They work on government "holy-days" and they genuinely like the people
they work with.
